At Bae Beach, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please email us at support@baebeach.com within 24 hours of delivery. Unfortunately, delays beyond this timeframe will result in a rejected exchange request.

Refund Policy
At Bae Beach, refunds are processed only under the following conditions:

Refunds are applicable only for products with a manufacturing defect.

Defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery via email at support@baebeach.com.

Refund requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.

A complete unboxing video of the package is mandatory for any refund request. Refund requests without this video evidence will be rejected.

We do not process refunds for changes in size, color, or personal preferences.
