Shipping Charges

BaeBeach offers free shipping across Dubai, Sharjah & Abu Dhabi on all products purchased through our website over order value of AED 499/-

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the city. Typically, your order will arrive within 4-7 business days.

For express delivery, orders must be prepaid. A fee of AED 50 is charged for this service, which is available only in Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi. To opt for express delivery, please DM us for assistance.

While we strive to deliver on time, occasional delays may occur. If you’d like to confirm the exact delivery time for your order, you can reach out to our customer care team at support@baebeach.com


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email and SMS with the details of our trusted Delivery Service Partner and your AWB tracking number. Use this information to track your shipment. Additionally, you will receive updates on estimated delivery dates via SMS and email.


Delivery Attempts

Our Delivery Service Partner will make three attempts to deliver your order. If the product cannot be delivered, it will be returned to our warehouse. Upon request, we can arrange for re-dispatch.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the delivery partner will usually call before making a delivery attempt. If delivery fails on the first attempt, two more attempts will be made automatically before returning the product to our warehouse.

For COD - you will receive a confirmation whatsapp message with an order confirmation on yes and no and once you confirm the order we will ship it. 


Incomplete Deliveries

Occasionally, you may receive only a part of your order. This can happen due to:

  1. Items shipped in multiple shipments, with one still in transit.

  2. Certain items being temporarily out of stock.

Delivery Address Modifications

You can modify your shipping address before your order is processed (packed). To check the status of your order or request changes, email us at support@baebeach.com.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot redirect it to a different address. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and suitable for the delivery timeframe.

For orders with multiple delivery addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each destination.

Damages

We sincerely apologize if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. In such rare cases, please please check our Return and Exchange Policy.
